I was the head of International Affairs' Division Responsible about all the relations matters with national and international organizations and entities . Study new updates on the level of compliance with the International Organization of Securities Commissions (IOSCO) Principles. Draft and assist in signing of MOUs with national and international jurisdictions. Follow up in the cooperation and information sharing with regulators in other jurisdictions. Contact other regulators with relevant decisions and requests.
Dealing with the WTO file through reviewing the requests received to free trade in services with Jordan to make sure it complies with Jordan's table of commitments and report to my supervisors, attend related meetings, mange all the communications and correspondences with Ministry of Trade and Industry.


I am now the head of Studies and Research Division with responsibilities about Preparing the JSC’s Annual Report, various analyses, graphs and statistics for the purposes of research and study. Monitors the developments and information related to the capital market domestically and internationally and make the necessary recommendations. Study updates on the national and international levels to improve the manner that address the risks to which various types of investors are subject to. Prepare monthly reports and statistics regarding the main Indicators of Amman Stock Exchange and financial sector. Assisted and worked on the Executive Development Program in cooperation with other national jurisdictions who were members of the coordinating committee of the program.
