•Responsible for Aligning Telecom websites business requirements, user centered design methodology to create interactive prototypes for the purposes of validating business requirements for different portals and mobile applications.
•To create user experience deliverables, such as feature/functionality matrices, usage scenarios, site maps, flow diagrams and wireframes for different portals and mobile applications
•To translate business and user requirements into interactive experiences.
•Conducting research and studies for the latest Web, mobile and tablet apps architecture and design.
•To establish web project plan by outlining the goals, deliverables, and business and technical requirements from subject-matter experts.
•To plan project life-cycle deliverables and resource availability and monitor project progress.
•To track action items and conduct design and implementation reviews.
•To examine, research, and resolve issues; to respond to team members' concerns.
•To coordinate requirements with interested parties.

•To work on Dashboard System, Workflow System, Royal Correspondence System, Royal Events Management Application and Hotel and Flights Reservations Systems
•To prepare SRS documents, functional & non-functional requirements, and Vision / Scope documents
•To create presentations for clients
•To rationalize, prioritize and validate the collected requirements with clients
•To translate client requirements into specified project briefs
•To identify options for potential solutions and assess them for both technical and business suitability
•To define the goals of the system and devise flow charts and diagrams describing logical operational steps
•To translate client needs into Black & White mockups.
•To support the writing of user manuals
•To conduct Business Validation tests before releasing the system to the quality team in order to ensure that the implemented system was built based on the documented requirements
•To prepare proposals for different RFPs
•To participate in testing the system at the client environment
•To train the end-users on how to use the system by simulating actual business processes.
•To work on the define phase for BPMS (Business Process Management System) including requirements specification (functional and non-functional requirements), WBS (Work Break Down Structure) for all system modules and sub modules
•To work on ECC Integration System (Electronic Cheque Clearing System), including the following responsibilities:
oTo prepare workflow statuses table for various banks, constructing SRS documents (Software Requirements Specifications), Requirements Documents and Supplementary Specification Documents for different banks
oTo meet with over 20 stakeholders on a weekly basis from different banks in order to capture requirements needed to build up the ECC Integration System
oTo conduct ECC integration orientations for various Jordanian banks as pre-requirements gathering sessions
oTo construct Software Architecture Documents and Software Detailed Design documents for various banks using Java Design patterns
oTo build XML configuration files for bank services to help the Java development team in code construction
•To work on define phase, including Workflow diagrams, Use Case Models, requirements definition and analysis
•To construct SRS documents, business scenarios and User Interface for the following web applications:
o Land Management System (LMS)
o Facility Maintenance Management System (FMMS)
o Building Management System (BLS)
•To develop and work on the full lifecycle of Children’s Reading Portfolio web-based application for Solihull Libraries
