• Assist Credit Control Manager in approving Sales new Orders, and investigate regarding the new clients
• report accurate reports, forecasts and reviews to the management .
• plus credit control responsibilities
• Responsible for the efficient and timely collection of live debtor accounts.
• Telephone, fax, email and other forms of correspondence will make collection.
• This will be achieved through-Cash allocation.-Account reconciliation.-Issuing collection letters.
• Issuing customer invoices and credit notes, as required.-Ensuring all transactions are recorded and documented.
• Set and Monitor Credit limits.
• Identify accounts that require special attention
• Maintaining an effective and organized filling system
