Ensure that the quarterly, monthly and year end closing is
performed correctly and as per the Group deadlines and IFRS/Tax
requirements.
 review and adjustment the cycle of auto accounting entries and
VAT to all department (sales - procurement ....) coordination with
VAT consultant
 review and adjustment lease with IFRS 16 valuations and
reconciliation for leases.
 highlight control deficiencies to Senior Management and
implement solutions to close control gaps.
 Oversee cash transactions by reviewing bank account balances
and cash flow reports and act when necessary to treat variances
and solve highlighted issues
 Coordinate with external auditors during annual audits and
manage the preparation of audit schedules and documentation.

 Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, reports, and
presentations for management
 Ensure proper review of the BS and conduct balance sheet review
on a quarterly basis.
 Analyze current and past financial data and performance.
 Prepares various monthly reports and analysis to monitor actual
performance against the Budget.
 Prepares any ad hoc reports/ analysis as required by the
Supervisors
 Reviews revenue and expenses accounts and the reconciliations in
order to identify abnormal variances, receive and understand
reasons for the variances and initiates appropriate action.

• Prepare monthly journal vouchers for accruals, provisions, prepayments and adjustments.
• Perform monthly finalization of accounts.
• Prepare monthly financial reports of accounting and finance department.
• Maintain schedule of prepayments and accruals.
• Maintain accounts receivable records on a per project basis
• Prepare and submit accounts receivable report on a monthly basis.
• Revenue and expenditure variance analysis
• Verify correctness of time sheet entries, enter time sheets in the system and prepare monthly payroll .
• Assist in preparation of financial year end closing schedules such as provision for termination benefits, advance billings, unbilled works, analysis of accounts receivable schedules.
• Prepare schedules required for annual external audits.
• Maintain cash custody and responsible for the cash inflows and outflows.

• Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department including:
• Month and end-year process
• Payroll and utilities
• cash flow statement
• Fixed asset activity
• Monitor and analyze accounting data and produce financial reports or statements
• Coordinate and complete annual audits
• Establish and maintain fiscal files and records to document transactions

• Prepares final processing for termination including related calculation, end of service Payments according to the labor law.
• Problem solving of SAP system that faces the department.
• Management Reporting.
• Pay slips audit

• Prepare monthly journal entries manually or by initiating electronic creation through our software program
• Prepare monthly and quarterly accounting reports for submission to management
• Classify costs accurately
• Maintain and review the general ledger and reconcile balance sheets
• Analyze costs of raw materials and other supplies and create cost-benefit analyses for changing vendors
