- Handle and create job offer & Contract's .
- Handle Vacations Request's .
- Responsible for all nurses & DR's in all KSA branches
(point of contact with Recruitment agency ):informing branches with date and time of staff arrival, flow up and collect from agency issued Iqama + ATM card + Medical Insurance + SCFHS "Saudi Commission For Health Specialists" + Education Certificate's & hand it over to selected branch .
- Made electronic archive for all staff document's .
- Provide staff pay slip to all KSA branches .
- Made weekly report about received & still all documents .
- Build Electronic Archive and discharge hard copy papers, all details has been enter in Excel .
- Post an annunciation about job Vacancy & search for CV's match required Qualities .
- Filter CV's, and start with "Phone Screen" Process (to see Vacancy of applier & update info).
- Arrange & schedule appliers interviews, make sure time suits all in the list .
- Send conformation Email to appliers with date and time of interview (for whom in Jeddah send email contain description of location & google map location in a link, for who isn't send them a link to make interview Online) .
- Add a questioner Arabic & English to maser applier qualities.
- Fill evaluation Form and Choose who get the highest evaluation Marks .
- Send apologize email to appliers who didn't have enough score in evaluation.
- Collect all needed document's of chosen applier .
- Hand over all documents to the branch (HR) to register information in system .
- Post an annunciation about job Vacancy & search for CV's match required Qualities .
- Filter CV's, and start with "Phone Screen" Process (to see Vacancy of applier & update info).
- Arrange & schedule appliers interviews.
- Fill evaluation form and get approve from HR manager .
- Collect needed document's and arrange it in divided file, shared by HR members to reigestr employ information in system company .
