- To monitor the quantity of materials for each item of works used in projects.
- To compare the material and labor used in projects with BOQ.
-To prepared variance analysis between BOQ at actual Consumption.
-To analyzing field data, information etc. and preparing report on regular basis.
-Contractor bills to be checked. -To checked Procurement price of top materials now and then.
- To prepared cost reduction plan in case of exceeding budget cost.
- To find out material wastages from field data.
- Closely work with Engineering Coordination, Account & Finance, Design section & top the Management.
- To work closely with the design team and understand the architectural and structural drawing of different project.
-To estimate the total material requirement of the projects and asses the item-wise cost involvement on the basis of architectural & structural drawing and specification provided by the design section.
-Checking of supplier's / sub-contractor's bill as par work order, labor rate & construction drawings.
-Maintain a data bank on the material sourcing along with price.
-Account for all required resources, including labor, materials and time.
-Perform cost analysis, benchmarking/target costing, cost control and cost planning estimates
-Makes sketches or blueprints to detail work to be accomplished.
-Calculate and prepare quantities in conjunction with the Quantity Surveyor.
-Preparation of Schedule of items of works, Bill of Quantities (BOQ).
-Collaborate with other technical resources and review similar past projects when applicable.
-Any other tasks as and when assigned time to time by the supervisor.

02. Supervision of 8th storied Apartment building Finishing stage.
-Prepare Project work schedule.
-Estimating & Costing of the require materials.
-Quality checking of the materials.
