Working as an (assistant special assignment in customer operation) on call center, we are getting all the information about the customers that the bank need, our work is to call customers ask them about this information, and entering this data on the system.
All this to prevent money laundry, make contact with the customer all the time, reduce the cost of wrong mailing, to update all customers information.
