Attending consumer Nutrition concerns either by call or website, following WHO code, MOH and company policies.
Handling quality complaint and make investigation with the Quality Assurance Department.
Reporting Adverse events and quality complaints.
Helping consumers with other queries.

Counsel all the clients not losing well in co-ordination with the in-house doctor and the counselor. Ensure client satisfaction and maximize in-house booking.
Ensure package execution within the validity period devised according to the package.
Motivate and delegate responsibility to all the slimming staff. Maintain the duty roster of dietitians, masseurs, therapists and attendants.
Conduct regular meeting with the staff for sorting out grievances and taking suggestions for improvement.
Ensure maintenance of hygiene and cleanliness of staff, machine and slimming section.
Proper maintenance of all records at centre and sending necessary records to the corporate whenever asked for. Ensure maintenance of adequate stock pertaining to slimming, stationary, Consumables and linen.
Handle all of the client complaints. Ensure adequate informative and educational material is put up available in the centre in form of charts, posters, Handout.
Regular interaction with the corporate to keep them updated with the progress of the centre.
