Some of my daily tasks included:
▪ Create new user accounts in various systems and applications.
▪ Assign appropriate permissions and access rights to new users based on their roles
and responsibilities.
▪ Ensure that user accounts are set up securely and in accordance with the
organization's security policies
▪ Modify user permissions as needed, such as granting additional access or revoking
access when employees change roles or leave the organization.
▪ Reset passwords and assist users with access-related issues.
▪ Collaborate with IT teams, security teams, and other departments to ensure
seamless user access management.
▪ Communicate with users and managers to address their access-related needs and
concerns.
▪ Act promptly in response to security incidents or breaches related to user access.
▪ Collaborate with the security team to investigate and mitigate security threats
As a Public Relations Officer, my main responsibilities include:
Developing and implementing public relations strategies to enhance the organization's reputation.
Managing media relations, including drafting press releases and coordinating media interviews.
Handling crisis communication and addressing reputitional challenges.
Creating compelling content and storytelling to promote the organization's initiatives.
Facilitating internal communication to keep employees informed.
Planning and coordinating public relations events.
Monitoring and analyzing media coverage and public sentiment.
Engaging with key stakeholders and building relationships.
Ensuring brand consistency and adherence to brand standards.
Continuously learning and staying updated on industry trends.
