Handel/distribute all Share Point output activities related to the Document Control
procedure, including Technical Submittals, drawings, RFI & correspondence.
 Generate the various document control reports as required on Share Point.
(QA/QC Report - Submittal Reports - administrative Report - Schedule Reports )
 Coordinate all activities related to the Document Control procedure, including
technical documents, drawings, RFI & correspondence.
 Handling all kind of AutoCAD & PDF format files.
 Handling all kind of documentation and distribute them to the key persons
 Archive duties: filing letters, documents and transmittals & all kinds of project
documents.
 Printing outstanding submittals & correspondence weekly until closed the issues.
 Document/ record information, maintain files, process all paper work, and to
perform day to day administrative tasks.
 Schedule and confirm appointments for the personnel of the departments.
 Order, dispense and maintain supplies required for regular administration works.
 Arrange, coordinate meetings / Conferences as required.
