Actively drive DRC process of developing and implementing of the organization values integrated with DRC vision and
mission.
* Establish and Develop the internal communication 5-year plan, including new projects, policies and procedures.
* Maintain staff experience quality through satisfaction records, and constantly seeking new ways to improve.
* Create communication tools, methods that have significant impact on the organization culture and staff experience.
* Managing the on-boarding program for recruit.
* Managing annual social event & staff Engagement activity.
* DRC 5-year anniversary in Dubai.
* Weekly activity including universal days awareness (Happiness day, Health day).
* Monthly knowledge share hour.
• Workplace Solution Coordinator
* Handle administrative tasks as assigned related to maintenance & HR, including on-boarding program.
* Develop and implement organizational behaver incentives (creative zone, coffee & snack area)
* Safety officer and fire marshal (SHE, fire drills)
* Implement environment awareness programs (WOW, safe driving)
* Manage corporate events (National day celebration, launching new products)
* Welcoming committee for high-level visitors and in charge of projecting a professional image about Nestle.
*Restructure the related work streams with public relation department.
*Organize the launch of the new station ceremony.
*Coordinate press releases for GACA.
