• Report and assist the site safety supt. with the primary function of implementing the company's safety, health, and environment program.
• Prepare weekly safety reports and monthly safety statistics report.
• Investigate every accident/incident including near miss, prepares report and submit recommendation to prevent recurrence of it.
• Prepare job hazard analysis and educate all supervisors in preparing pre-task planning procedures before conducting any work activities.
• Submit monthly audit/inspection report for all rigging tools and equipment, including electrical pneumatic and hydraulic tools.
