Responsible to prepare the Work Programs / Schedules for the different types of Buildings & Airport projects and also responsible for the Work load Resources Management on Weekly basis.
Responsible for the Comments / Observations on Contractor's work program (Base line) and Revised work programs, Procurement and Shop drawing schedules and their Weekly & Monthly reports and also issue the formal letters for delay of progress in terms of Material, Shop drawings and Site Construction Activities (Critical and non Critical) to the subjected Contractors. Also responsible to prepare the Monthly report for Client having contents of Executive brief of project, Summary of progress for the Civil & MEP Contractor's works, Factors affected progress and Recommendation / Suggestion, Time impact analysis as per current SPI, Progress ‘S' Curves for all packages, Procurement schedule for the Long lead items, 90 days Look Ahead program and Site photographs in attachment.
To attend the Weekly progress Meeting with All Civil & MEP Contractors and Client representatives and prepare the Minutes of Meeting (MOM) on Weekly basis.
Also attend the Monthly Meeting with Client's representatives to discuss / highlights the Civil & MEP Contractor's progress of work as per the approved work program / Baseline schedules or Revised work program and take actions for their Critical issues / serious concerns for their subjected works.
Contractor's Site
Responsible for the project Management and development of Master / Detailed work plans / Construction schedules (PERT / CPM / GANNT) chart activities. To Plan and control the Master and Detailed Schedules for High-rise, Multistory Buildings, Villas & Houses, Roads & Utilities, Sewage treatment plant and Fertilizer projects.
Responsible for the Recovery Plans / Revised Schedules, Delay analysis, Preparation, Co-ordination and implementation of the project plans, Construction schedules, Resource & Cost allocation plans.
To make, develop and involve the Work breakdown structures, Set the duration of the activities & relationships, Organize & calculate the base line & updated schedules, Check and identify their floats & Critical activities, Develop the Resource cost profile & tables and Cash flow preparation.
Prepare the cash flow (Inflow v/s Outflow) with ‘S' curves.
To prepare, plan and control the Procurement / Material, Shop drawing, Manpower & Equipment schedules.
Supervised the centralized project monitoring function for the organization assuring the successful implementation of Project Management Techniques like schedule tracking & rectification of resources and Cost controlling on the basis of actual performance, change orders and invoicing etc.
Further responsible for the Weekly, BI-Weekly and Monthly reports having project brief, project summary report, progress ‘S' curves based on Cost, Man hours & duration, progress monitoring formats / chart, update the Mobilization, Master, Detailed, Two Weeks & One Month look ahead Schedules in Primavera Software, Procurement & Shop drawing updated schedule in Excel, Key Project Indicators, Summary of Progress, Line of Balance, Progress Tracking for the Ongoing Activities, Variation Orders, Status of Sub - Contractor, updated Manpower, Equipment table and Profile, Cost report, QA - QC report, safety report, corresponding logs and site photographs in attachment.
To attend the weekly progress meeting with Sub-Contractor, Project Management Consultants & Clients and explain briefly about the Weekly Progress in different tasks / Activities of the Building wise, Area wise, Zone wise & Overall Project wise and finally inform the overall progress (%) of the project, Critical activities, Days ahead or behind the project and also explain the causes of delay if any.
