BOQ Scope (MV Cable Works, Distribution Transformers & RMUs, LV Cables, D B, Light& Power Wiring, CCTV, External Works, and Fire Alarm System). Industrial Construction Specs.
● Assist the PMO in all matters related in quality, schedule, and cost.
● Prepare all engineering matters related in the project (Material Submittal with the Comply Sheets, Technical Queries, and Claims).
● Execute the scope mentioned in the BOQ as per the approved schedule and budget.
● Prepare and finalize the daily tasks (Requests for Inspection, Purchase Requests, follow up the Site Work and Progress).
● Conduct Testing & Commissioning process for all systems mentioned in BOQ.
Riyadh Metro Project, Line 4:
4 Elevation Stations & 2 Underground Stations Near King Khalid International Airport, BOQ Scope (LV Cables, SMDB, DB, Disconnect Switches, Small Power Accessories, Earthing & Lightning Protection, and Fire Alarm System). Riyadh Development Authority (RDA) Specs.
● Assist the Project Manager in Coordination between all parties engaged in the project, claiming for time extension and variation orders.
● Supervise all project aspects including Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Quality, and Safety.
● Interact with the clients to interpret their needs and requirements and report to manager.
● Conduct closeout process till Final Completion Certificates.
Riyadh Metro Project:
● Prepare and implement Inspection Test Plans (ITP), Method of Statement (MoS), Quality Assurance Plan, and daily Inspection Request (IR).
● Participate in Internal Quality Audits and provide reports for Area for Improvement, Observations, and Non-Conforming Reports (NCR).
● Manage and archive all quality documents by Professional Platform (ACONEX).
Riyadh Metro Project:
● Coordinate manpower and material delivery to maintain smooth flow of work.
● Determine most effective approaches to the daily tasks by reading and analyzing drawings.
● Finalize the daily tasks (Requests for Inspection, Purchase Requests, Follow up the site work and progress).
Shams Ma'an Project (52.5 MW), PV IPP
● Design, plan and execute solar energy projects and recommend best practices.
● Measure all the executed works and represent them on the monthly invoice.
● Prepare all documents required to the authorized government company for the inspection.
● Prepare method of statements and inspection test plan for all solar activities. Including Civil Works.
● Design and execute miscellaneous projects (Small scale) Residential and Commercial, by PV Syst and AutoCAD.
