A retired air force officer. I was holding senior executive post at MoD of Oman at the rank of Brigadier General. As Director General of education & Military culture for the whole Oman MoD and other Military services, was responsible for all educational services in all MoD institutions. Being Principal of the first technical college in Oman, established since 1974, I had to undertake several responsibilities to achieve customer satisfaction. The college produces aircraft technicians of different specialization such as Avionics, Airfram, Propulsion, Aircraft support, Air defence, Loadmasters, Air Movement and operations assisstants. This involves lots of planning and monitoring in order to fulfil the planned objectives. I had to establish a training quality and development section to carry out this task. I also enhanced the graduates performances by establishing out station schools at each air base in order to contiue the cycle of the training in technician's OJT program.
