Estimation & Sales Department:
Responsible for the project Estimation/Tendering of Medium Voltage, Low Voltage Switch gears, Relay
Panels, Motor Control Center (MCC), Switch Boards, Switch Racks, Control Panels and Panel Boards
along with project management and order execution of these equipment’s to meet the timely delivery.
Main Responsibilities include:
 In-depth study and understanding of RFQ’s, Material Requisitions, Project specifications for
required standards to initiate the techno commercial offer for the customer.
 Conduct technical meetings with customers to provide most adaptive technical solution and the
most optimized commercial offer.
 Preparing Techno-Commercial proposals of Relay Control Panels, MV/LV Switchgears, Motor
Control Centers, Dry Type Transformers, Control Panels, Switch Racks and Panel Boards as per
ANSI and IEC Standards.
 Managing all customer visits that may be necessary for investigations / studies to allow for
tender preparation.
 Providing compliance to all the technical specification by reading deeply and informing to the
customer regarding deviation if any.
 Participating in Techno-commercial discussions with Customer along with Sales for taking orders
and managing the subsequent contracts.
 Analyzing all suppliers in order to select the most suitable suppliers who are able to deliver high
quality products at competitive pricing in order to prepare effective offers for Customer.
 Completion of the process of all technical bid evaluations by Providing all the technical inputs
and comments raised by clients/customer.
 Negotiating with the buyer on lead-time and commercial negotiations in order to finalize the
purchase order .
 Releasing the job order to Engineering, Projects and Commercial departments with all
supporting documents and details as agreed with the customer after receiving the purchase
order.
 Attending Kick off meetings and project progress meetings with project team and customer
representatives
 Coordination with design team to ensure required technical specifications are complied as
agreed during bid evaluation.
 Execution and Project management of less than 200K (SAR) orders.
 Coordination with procurement team regarding PO issuance to sub-suppliers to ensure the
same prices that were considered in offer stage.
 Industrial visits and arranging presentations to the clients and consultants.
 Marketing company products & developing business relation with new contractors.

 Analysis of inquires & tenders received from Customer or Sales regarding LV & MV Switchgears
 In-depth study and understanding of inquiries, RFQ’s, Material Requisitions, Project
specifications for required standards to initiate the techno commercial offer for the customer.
 Manage all customer visits that may be necessary for investigations / studies to allow for tender
preparation
 Manage and Interpret customer requirement, diagnose them and recommend them an
appropriate solution
 Responsible to prepare most competitive Technical and Commercial Proposals in compliance
with the Client’s requirement / technical specifications.
 Responsible to revise the offers to accommodate client’s comments whenever required.
 Closely follow-up with the customer in order to know the status of submitted offer.
 Commercial negotiations with Customers over the phone, email, or on site in order to finalize
the payment terms and delivery time.
 Releasing the job order to Engineering, Projects and Commercial departments with all
supporting documents and details as agreed with customer after receiving the purchase order.
 Internal coordination with engineering and projects to ensure timely preparation of drawings
and delivery of equipment’s.
 Contact Sub vendors for non-standard components required to complete the Job whenever
required
