I work with The city school since 2018.i manage all students data with ERP and online work on oracle.
• Maintain cashbook on daily basis.
• Maintain petty cashbook on daily basis.
• Bank deposits.
• Monitoring the inward and outward movement of stock.
• Proper Filing of documents.
• Prepare cheque for payment.
• Check & balance of revenue & expenses the service centers.
• Preparation of staff salary & distribution.
• Preparing vouchers for expenses.
• Physical audit of service centers of parts inventory & mobile.
• Payment of utility bills (PTCL, MAPCO Bills and TCS).
• Check & maintenance of printing & stationary expenses.
• Prepare vouchers in Oracle for expenses daily routine.
• Coordination in month and inter audits.
• Arrange the material testing from Lab.
• Coordinate NDT as per client requirement.
• Fabrication and welding inspection.
• Maintain the complete inspection reports, calibration record, and NDT record.
• Quality Control documentation e.g. ITP, QIP, Test pack, Final Dossier.
• Taking Inspections with Consultant of Mechanical Works at Site.
• Welding documentation i.e. WPS, PQR, WQT and their review from ASME Section 9.
• Arrange the material testing from Lab.
• Coordinate NDT as per client requirement.
• Fabrication and welding inspection.
• Sand blasting and painting inspection.
• Maintain the complete inspection reports, calibration record, and NDT record.
• Quality Control documentation e.g. ITP, QIP, Test pack, Final Dossier.
• Review of Test packages for the entire requirement before and after hydro test.
• Taking Inspections with Consultant of Mechanical Works at Site.
• To ensure for approved drawings before work start
• To witness the welders Qualification Test as per WPS/PQR
• To arrange the material Testing from Lab
• To check the sand blasting and painting
• To maintain the complete inspection/ calibration record
• To maintain the NDT record
• Coordination with NDT team
• Carry out final inspections
• Coordinator of HSE Department.
• Coordination with Client & Consultant.
• Monitoring & Inspection the activities of Bulkhead Gate during assembling such as Alignment, leveling, torque, paint touch up and performance test. Inspection the activities of Rehabilitation of Under Sluice gates and Weir gates such as Sill beam, Guide frame, Rocker assembly, Drilling of gate trusses, side beam, dimensional inspection, welding inspection and painting inspection as per client specification.
• Inspection for Super structure in different activities such as Hoist installation, Hoist performance, grating installation, cleaning as per SIS St.3 and Welding, painting.
• Taking Inspections with Consultant of Mechanical Works at Site.
• Keeping The Record of Proposals, Additional Works, Man powers & All Inspection Reports.
