Manage end-to-end commercial management, cost control, financial tracking, and contractual compliance for infrastructure projects
Prepare Quantity Takeoff (QTO), BOQ/RBOQ updates, cost reports, and budget tracking in line with project execution
Conduct value engineering analysis to identify cost optimization opportunities and improve scope clarity and constructability
Prepare and submit Interim Payment Applications (IPA/IPC), payment certificates, and tax invoices in coordination with consultant/client
Manage and evaluate variation orders (VOs) based on RFIs, design changes, approved drawings, and site instructions
Perform subcontractor measurement, work verification, progress valuation, and monthly payment certification
Review, update, and reconcile BOQs against latest construction drawings and site progress
Prepare monthly commercial reports, including cost forecasts, risks, cash flow analysis, and project financial status
Participate in meetings with consultants, clients, and project stakeholders for IPC approval, commercial negotiation, and progress validation
Prepare detailed engineering estimates and quantity calculations for as-built drawings, shop drawings, and revised designs
Manage subcontractor agreements, variations, payment applications, and contractual correspondence
Measure and certify work executed on site for earthworks, civil works, and infrastructure activities
Support project close-out, final account settlement, claims evaluation, and contract closure documentation

• Assist in commercial activities, cost reporting, financial tracking, and basic contractual compliance.

• Assist in preparing monthly commercial reports including cost updates, progress status, and basic risk tracking.

• Coordinate with site and engineering teams for quantity verification and measurement support.
• Assist in maintaining accruals and subcontractor records in Oracle or project systems.
• Compare contract quantities with IFC/shop drawings and BOQ for basic reconciliation.

Prepare initial cost estimates, feasibility cost analysis, and preliminary quantity takeoff (QTO) based on design concepts and project briefs.
• Prepare detailed cost estimates including materials, labor, equipment, overheads, and construction resources.
• Develop and maintain BOQ (Bill of Quantities), RBOQ, and tender documentation ensuring accuracy, structure, and completeness for tendering.
• Participate in tender evaluation, comparing bids based on cost, compliance, technical requirements, and commercial suitability.
• Conduct commercial analysis of tender submissions for subcontractors and suppliers.
• Participate in client and consultant discussions during tendering, bid clarification, and commercial evaluations.
• Review and support contract negotiation and subcontractor agreements ensuring clear scope and commercial alignment.
• Review and verify subcontractor invoices, progress claims, and payment applications against completed works and contract terms.
• Conduct basic risk assessment and cost impact analysis to identify potential commercial risks and exposures.
• Maintain and control project documentation, cost records, correspondence, BOQs, and contract files for audit and reporting purposes.

• Proficient in utilizing Civil 3D for the preparation of accurate and detailed shop drawings for road
projects.
• Expertise in conducting earthwork calculations to ensure precise quantities for excavation, backfill,
and grading operations.
• Calculation of ongoing work progress and submission of weekly and monthly reports.
• Preparation of Monthly invoices and coordination with client for approval or regarding any
objections.
• Revision of BOQ and Preparation of Variation Orders.
• Assisting and managing the work with Commercial Manager regarding tender submissions, Variation
orders approvals hiring/termination of Sub-contractors.
• Implement weekly progress tracking and reporting mechanisms to monitor project activities in terms
of quantities and milestones.
• Collaborate closely with the site construction team to ensure seamless coordination and integration
of quantity surveying data into project execution.
• Engage with the Project Management Office (PMO) Department to facilitate revenue tracking and
progress evaluation for timely decision-making.
• Conduct design feasibility studies for road projects, evaluating technical and financial aspects to
ensure cost- effective and sustainable solutions.
• Prepare and submit monthly invoices to clients, detailing the work completed, quantities measured,
and associated costs.

• Quantity Calculation: Utilize Civil 3D software to calculate quantities for various project elements,
ensuring accuracy in measurements.
• Shop Drawings Preparation: Create detailed shop drawings that comply with design specifications
and construction requirements.
• Financial Reporting: Prepare regular financial reports, tracking project expenditure against budget.
• Interim Payment Certificates (IPC): Prepare and submit IPCs, ensuring timely payments for
completed work.
• Bill Of Quantities (BOQ): Develop comprehensive BOQs that accurately reflect project requirements
and costs.
• Risk Management: Identify project risks and propose effective mitigation strategies.
• Collaboration with Stakeholders: Work closely with architects, engineers, and project managers to
ensure alignment on specifications and costs.
• Final Accounts Preparation: Compile and reconcile final accounts for projects, ensuring all financial
matters are documented.
