Roles, accountability & leadership:
Owning/leading the NextGen Analytics Use Case Lifecycle process of US business initiatives, generating benefits of
about $55 Million per year & involving the phases Ideation, Onboarding, Exploration, In-Development, Deployment &
Post-Deployment.
Actively functioning to implement the NextGen Analytics Use Case Lifecycle process across the globe covering
regions of APAC, EMEA & LATAM by steering multiple presentations and reviews with senior management, aiming
to standardize Model Deployments across Metlife.
Driving governance processes with Project managers, technical leads from ETL, Data Science & Visualization to
create and align standard artifacts (Such as Analytical solution document, Implementation plan, Project charter etc)
for different lifecycle phases of a use case deployment.
Acting as a scrum master delivering Analytics Governance solutions for NextGen MetLife US Pet initiatives,
developing research Models aimed to improve the $40M in Business customer products by facilitating the
development team and the product owner on completing their respective tasks in the given sprint along with
reporting work progress.
Auditing Jira & MS Azure Sprint/Stories/Issues etc, which are aligned to a given deployment &
providing Release Readiness sign off to making sure stakeholders adhere to the process.
Managed Technical teams of 18-20 members (Managers, developers & analyst) and in the
process launched about 30 sprints unto live servers.
Took the responsibility to help transition 3 Product teams to agile development along with training
the newly appointed Scrum Masters from other departments on best practices & application.
Worked along with the deployment team to create ~30 release snap-shots and aligned ~35
Change Request Tickets for NextGen Analytics deployments conducted in 2021 / 2022.
Presenting US Initiative level Release Communication to both External business stakeholders
and internal team members on the multiple deployments aligned on a given platform, its change
description, risks etc.
On-boarded 32+ use cases belonging to initiatives such as Investments, P&C, Group (Non-MO)
to Jira, MS Azure, Bitbucket, Urban code develop, Share-point tools etc as part of release life
cycle.
Identified/raised deployment related issues in MetLife - Model Risk Management (MRM) system,
which highlighted risk to sensitive Personal identification information (PII) and drove resolution
based on the recommended approach from the global project team.
Designed, developed and created powerful Power BI reports & dashboards from multiple data
sources using data blending to represent NextGen Deployment metrics data for global
stakeholders to receive actionable insights.
Explored data in a variety of ways and across multiple visualization using Power BI. Strategic
expertise in design of experiment, data collection, analysis and visualization.
Mentoring and motivating team members to reach there project goals by continuous engagement
& guidance, along with taking there valuable feedback with an aim to build GARC Hyderabad
center.
Knowledge on DevOps practices, and identity access management (IAM).

Zoh-Air engineering is a leading HVAC (Heating, Air Conditioning, and Refrigeration) technical
solutions company which deals in repair, maintenance and installation of heating and air-
conditioning units along with medium to high level refrigeration for both residential homes and
businesses.
It has more than 100 employees working in different segments with an annual turnaround of about
$500K yearly.
Roles, accountability & leadership:
• Complete schedule of values, subcontract scopes and equipment buyout.
• Responsible for air conditioning units logistics with timelines restrictions.
• Develop full-scale project plan and construction schedules.
• HVAC design interpretation, schematics, and blueprints for new construction projects.
Along with ductwork and piping systems installation and quality checking.
• Coordinating and collaborating with architects, engineers and installation staff at all steps
of execution of the projects.
• Follow all building codes and obtain proper building permits when necessary for each
project.

AWARDS AND RECOGNITION:
• Was recognized in designing and implementing a work around for a 25-ton Air
conditioning unit installation in a commercial building, which lead to about $2000 in
company value saving.
• By taking corrective actions and revising task priority list, an air conditioning installation
project that was under pressure to be closed before the planned timelines was achieved
and delivered by a week in advance
