Coordinating with the vendor teams to check when the sites become RFI.
 Coordination with vendor on day to day activities and be part of management committee to technically evaluates vendors/subcontractor on their past performance.
 Supervision of Installation & commissioning of Microwaves, BTS (Indoor & Outdoor) including Emerson rectifiers and making sure the quality of TI is according to the requirements.
 Quality assurance of sites.
 Managing and planning all expansion activities in live network involving outages. (BSS activities like BSC cutover, coverage mode implementation and BTS site expansion.
 Experience of more than 100 sites PAT with ALCATEL.
 RF repeater installation/PAT.
 Fat Visits: which involve FAT visits for site approval.
 Experience of more than 500 sites FAT with ALCATEL.
 TI :This involve inspection of TI taking pictures off all TI work and checking if any fault exist, report these issues in order to remove them for site approval.
 Civil work inspection: This Involved Pictures of the Site, Pictures include all civil work of sites. Reporting if any lack in civil work.
 PM: This involve visits of sites doing PM which involve checking alarms.
 CM: This involves replacing faulty equipments.
