• Preparation of monthly and daily production plan.

• Implementation of 5S system in operations as well as in maintenance department
• Measurement of plant KPI’s to ensure that plant operation are conducted smoothly
• Measurement of asset utilization and Overall equipment effectiveness
• Each year set the target to increase productivity of the plant by 10%
• Recommendations for capacity addition to meet planned target as well as for the market demand
• Maintain proper documentation for all plant related activities.
• Ensure materials, supplies and equipment is readily and continuously available for team to carry out production process.
• Implement continuous plant improvements to enhance productivity and scrap reduction by 15%.
• Implement cost reduction initiatives to minimize plant expenses.
• Optimize plant operations to meet quality and production standards.
• Maintain housekeeping of the plant area for safely and smoothly carry out plant operations.
• Set overall plant policies and procedures to ensure effective operations.
• Schedule preventive maintenance of plant equipment as well as breakdown maintenance to minimize the downtime.
