▪ Purchasing technical goods and services for industrial operations including spare parts for machines CNC
maintenance, electrical, and civil accessories for facility maintenance department at competitive prices, during
mentioned period I procured goods and services worth USD 12.3 million and during negotiation process saved USD
0.3 million.
▪ Hiring of rental equipment like crane, manlift, and scaffolding, during mentioned period I hired two 1600Ton
cranes, 200, 0000 CbM Scaffolding worth USD 65 million, and during negotiation process saved USD 0.8 million.
▪ Excellent working experience in arranging all types of transportation (inland, sea, air, oversize & special cargo having
dimensions L=42 mtr, W= 9 mtr, H= 6 mtr), during mentioned period I have arranged the transportation to supply
goods within & outside UAE worth USD 8.6 million and during negotiation process saved USD 0.4 million.
▪ Presented excellent knowledge of technical features of machines and purchasing of new/ old machines, during
mentioned period I was involved in procuring 6 machines within UAE & outside UAE worth USD 7.1 million and
during negotiation process saved USD 0.2 million.

Achievements:
▪ Achieved Rs 42M in savings within 12 months in repair and maintenance.
▪ Repaired two state-of-the-art electronic cards for NOTASAVE-III which were declared un-repairable and saved Rs
3.6M.
Key responsibilities:
▪ Complete ownership of state-of-the-art Security Printing machines manufactured by KBA NotaSys \[Super Simultan,
Super over loaf Intaglio, Super Numrota, and CutPak-II.\]
▪ Strategic maintenance planning as per the machine and operation demand, and sourcing machines for
maintenance.
▪ Prepared, and implemented the preventive maintenance planning and analyzed the effectiveness.
▪ Prepared annual budget, capital expenditures (CapEx), Plant commissioning, modification in machines to increase
the efficiency of the production lines, and managing a team of 20 people.

Key responsibilities:
▪ Demonstrated excellent set of skills to troubleshoot and fix all kinds of electrical, electronic, and communication
problems in minimum possible time to save precious production hours on CNC and non-CNC-based machines.
▪ Excellent working experience on 3rd generation PLC based machines \[Injection molding m/c (15 to 3000Ton), Omepa
(plastic sheet extrusion m/c), Parco (plastic sheet forming m/c), CNC-plastic sheet cutting, Kraussmaffei (body
Foaming m/c) etc.

Achievements:
▪ Restored four numbers of INFICON HLD6000 gas leak detectors which were declared irretrievable and saved Rs 2.4M.
