• Manage incoming communication. Drafting replies as required.
• Assess and prioritise client requests, ensuring that all messages are relayed in a timely manner.
• Provide efficient and professional assistance to meet the needs of the client.
• Diary management, arranging meeting rooms and collating documentation for meetings.
• Calendar and travel management for Partner and Associates including itineraries, visa applications and logistic arrangements.
• Compile, compare, proofread and revise large number of legal documents and reports.
• Manage, organize, and maintain documents in paper or electronic filing systems.
• Assist with on-boarding of new staff/interns/delegates.
• Ordering office supplies and arranging for office equipment maintenance.
• Attend to medical insurance new registration, cancellation and renewals.
• Expense management including preparing expense claims according to firm policies.
• Examine vehicle rental invoices for the Partner and Associates process for payment.
• Coordinate and assist with firm events and seminars. Assist in finding opportunities for third party speaking engagements and events.
• Help with annual processes including renewal practicing certificates, DLAD and CLPD registration.
• Prepare and maintaining the billing and collections system as well as resolve billing issues in cooperation of the billing Attorney.
• Research regulations, laws, and legal articles to assist with the preparation of reports, case files, and legal advice.
• Arrange attestation and legalization of documents as necessary.
• Documenting free zone company set-ups and managing all transactions.

• Manage library budgeting and billing.
• Developing document processors such as newsletters and library information bulletin.
• Coordinate and assist with firm events and seminars.
