Handling over all purchase for FMCG product in the company.
Monthly turnover is 30 Million SAR.
Manage the acquisition process: plan, ensure and purchase of FMCG
• Identify, select, evaluate and supervise product and service suppliers
• Dealing with international suppliers
• Getting goods and services for the best price and value
• Cutting any waste and unnecessary costs to get the best price.
• Building strong working relationships both internally and with key suppliers
• Monitor contracts with suppliers; negotiate prices, payment terms and other conditions
• Proper costing for all goods & maintaining cost control system
• Forecasting of goods & maintaining inventory control system
• Determine quantity and timing of deliveries
• Monitor and forecast upcoming levels of demand
• Preparation of annual procurement budget
• Managing records for purchase requisitions, purchase orders, contracts & agreements
• Establish long term agreements; create the purchasing schedule for dedicated goods
• Contact potential clients to introduce the company’s services and offers, maintain the
Relationships with existent customers, and make offers (quotations) for newly launch products
• Organize import-export and logistical operations
• Develop the procedural framework and procedures in compliance with the requirements of environmental and quality integrated management system
• Attending International trade shows like Gulf food, Sial & Anuga on yearly basis to find new products & contracts for our supermarket line.
