Identifying any potential process issues (Quality or Production) per defined process and escalate them immediately to management/client for timely resolution.
Conducting continuous audits on MIS to ensure compliance and sound functioning of the team.
Ensuring the team members adhere to all the quality tool and procedures.
Actively participating in execution of quality improvements projects for continual improvements.
Performing ongoing QC to ensure Quality SLA is met.

Responsible for conducting Quality feedback sessions and update the team on findings.
Responsible to conduct Refresher trainings to the team.
