The current portfolio strongly contributes to the overall efforts of the Company Secretarial function, strategically supporting the Board and its Committees and the higher Management and promotes an environment of pragmatic Corporate Governance.

The responsibilities include:

•Provide high level Strategic and Corporate Secretarial support to the Board of TECOM Group and its Committees

•Convene and service the Board and its Committees

•Review and ensure quality of presentation material and adequacy, consistency, timelines and ease
of use.

•Strategic Planning and preparation of Board and Committee annual meeting schedules and
Agendas and aligning the same with the Terms of Reference of Board and Committees.

•Responsible to prepare and finalize Board Agendas, produce minutes, communicate and track actions and provide support and advise on governance and related issues

•Handle Board related correspondence before and after meetings

•Assist in efficient gate-keeping between Management and the Board

•Assist in implementing the Company’s Corporate Governance structure

•Management of Board Resolutions and Actions to the Stakeholders.

•Manager Board Administration such as Board Remuneration, Declaration / Conflict of Interests of the Directors, Board Contracts, Board Evaluation process etc.

•Manage and update Directors Handbook

•Management and effective custody, filing, storage and security of Corporate Information.

•Update, maintain and safe storage of TECOM Group’s Minute Book and other legal documents and produce it with ease when required by Government/ External Auditors or the Board.

•Attend Board and Committee meetings and prepare necessary relevant written documentation as required.

•Organize high level meetings between the Shareholders and the Board of Directors’ offices.

•Responsible for keeping Company Secretarial department's page on the intranet up- to-date at all times.

Admin & Planning Manager-Group IT في Tecom Investments

Worked closely with the CIO on Recruitment and Headcount strategy
• Managed the recruitment cycle from sourcing to recruiting for the IT function (100+ colleagues)
• Organize and conduct interviews along with the Functional Heads

• Managed Soft Skills and Technical Trainings for Group IT thereby including technical competencies in close coordination with functional heads, gap analysis, monitoring training budgets

• Manage (monitor, track and control) the IT End User Asset Register on the Salesforce.com platform in order to provide accurate information to the management (and audits) for asset verification purposes.
• Responsible for the planning and execution of a daily/weekly/monthly/yearly check list of services covering the maintenance of the companies’ technology assets such as: PCs, Printers, Projects, scanners, IT accessories, etc. thereby managing all IT Inventories.

• Assist CIO & Executive Directors with calendar management, travel arrangements, follow ups, organize department meetings, create agenda, presentations etc and record the minutes when required, attend any meeting, conference, training as requested by the CIO/Executive Directors, provide all assistance vis-à-vis day to day operations.
• Content Administration - upload surveys, org chart, colleague information and contents on intranet portal (share point)
• Act as one of the authorized buyer on behalf of the department using i-Procurement system.
• Monitor all monthly expenditures to ensure efficient use of company funds and assets and cost-saving methods employed as well as energy/environmental friendly products
• Focal Point for HR for Group IT - Work closely with HC vis-à-vis sourcing potential candidates for Group IT as well work with Universities towards Emiratisation, , process recruitments, follow up on Visa related issues, Visa, hotel accommodation, transfers, induction & orientation of new joiners, serve as key point of contact for HR related issues for the department consisting of 100+ staff.
• Learning & Development - Focal Point & in charge for developing Training plan for all colleagues in Group IT (100+ team members) . This includes, working with the Line Managers towards designing competency matrix, analyzing the gaps & organize technical and soft skills requirement for the team members.
• Performance Management - Supervising the 2 performance cycles for the entire team in a year. This involves working on one to one basis with colleagues for setting goals, organizing workshops for Line Managers and colleagues to ensure clear understanding of the performance management cycle and goals, ensure meeting deadlines for performance cycles, work towards enhancing and improving quality of goals with line managers etc.
• Facilitate maintenance and repair work. Deal wz contractors and suppliers.

*Running weekly edition of the NEWSFLASH on the latest Industry updates for all corporate clients.
*Follow up on Refund cases for top corporate accounts
*Responsible for generating monthly sales reports for the Global associate partner and ensuring timely submission of the same on monthly basis. *Maintaining Confidential Files pertaining to new recruits, management policies, financial policies for the key accounts and incentive policies for staff and Corporate.
*Actively involved in replying to the RFPs for the big Multi National Companies and the referred global accounts of CWT
*Manage Customer complaints, listening empathetically and responding proactively. This directly results in improved customer satisfaction, repeat business and referrals.
*Direct liaison with the top corporate clients for their respective MIS requirements
*Regular liaison with the airlines vis-à-vis negotiating and renewal of the Corporate Deals
