• Designing circuit schematic in OrCAD Cadence and creating new component library and PCB footprint in Allegro.
• Programming in microcontroller boards like Arduino, PIC for data accessing & signal processing.
• Conducting EMI-EMC Test on MEMS devices as per specified MIL -STD.
• Plan and Execute Acceptance and Qualification tests on MEMS Devices like Pressure Transducers and Accelerometers as per MIL-STD.
• Developing test plans and procedure for test specimen which were required to be tested as per MIL-STD.
• Testing MEMS Pressure Transducers and Accelerometers using test equipment like NI DAQ’s, Piston Gauge, Fluke Dead Weight Tester, Temperature Chambers, Shock Table, Centrifuge Machine, Fluke High Precision Oscilloscope and Vibration Table.
• Conducting Tests like Temperature (Low & High)/ Shock/ Random Vibration/ Linear Acceleration/ Helium Leak/ CATH/ Altitude/ Tropical Exposure/ Salt-Spray/ Burst Pressure Test on MEMS devices as per specified standard.
• Inspection of complete PCB (Design, Bare PCB, Placement & Alignment of component, Soldering) as per IPC & MIL Standards.
