• Planned and managed the day-to-day functions of the warehouse and
Distribution directing 2 supervisors, 5 Team leaders and 70 warehouse
and distribution employees to ensure achievement of cost,
productivity, accuracy, or timeliness objectives.
• Coordinated domestic and export shipping and receiving processes to
facilitate eƯicient distribution of products to the customers.
• Oversaw daily inventory management and control of products,
detailing logistics of all finished goods for daily/Weekly/Monthly
reports.
• Managing warehouse and distribution personnel, including
involvement in recruitment, supervision, scheduling work,
development, training and coaching, and performance evaluation.
• Ensuring that all warehouse personnel adhere to safety, hazmat, dot,
and all other company procedures, programs, policies, applicable law,

machinery.

operations.
• Managed order processing and inventory control strategies,
implementing improvements to environment and systems.
• Provide direct leadership to a headcount of over 20 employees and
work closely with diƯerent business units while overseeing daily
activities to ensure the business operates in an eƯicient manner.

• Led the development of manuals, reports, and other operational
correspondence during internal/External audits.
• Planning equipment maintenance, workflow prioritization and daily
scheduling and staƯing to minimize unplanned overtime. Ensure
shift/daily/weekly workload planning and volume forecasting routines
are accomplished (i.e., staƯing, equipment, space).
