Development of procurement procedures and contracts specific to the project.
* Responsible for overall procurement budgets
* Actively involved in the procurement activities for major purchase orders and subcontracts
* Manage planning, developing and buying materials, parts, services and equipment in a timely
and cost effective way while maintaining appropriate quality standards and specifications.
* Supervise and manage Purchase Requests, pre and post Purchase Orders processing activities.
* Responsible for updating the status of open PR and POs and report on regular basis.

Sending enquiries to the vendors registered in the system and also to new vendors, if specified
or required under the guidance of senior purchasers.
* Comparing the quotations received from different suppliers and selecting the best suitable
vendor based on various factors like pricing, delivery & payment terms, quality of service, past
history etc. and providing all the data ready to Purchasers for decision making.
* Meeting with new vendors and introducing them to senior purchasers to provide them various
choices for particular products.
* Assisting Purchasers for Vendor Evaluation Procedures and updating of the vendor list
* Maintaining proper filing records for Purchase Request, LPOs, Invoices, Contracts, Sub-contractor
agreements etc.
* Assist store keeper in stock checking, receiving deliveries, checking quality as well as the
quantity, GRN entries, issuing materials to Production and Projects departments as per their
request.

Manage Accounts payable and Receivable
* Assisted in preparation of reports for present to the management
* Assisted in the payroll function of employees
* Monitored and recorded company expenses
* Up to date posting of entries in Tally
* Assisted the senior accountant in the monthly closing of accounts
* Handling the billing department and having an update on the sales dept.
