I had worked with Rasim during the period between 2001 - 2004 where I was in a position of commercial manager for Abbott Diagnostics and Rasim was working in the logistics department of Abbott distributor "MediServ" his responsibility was focused on Abbott products handling a job that requires much daily processes and interactions. His job involved much interaction with Abbott commercial staff and customers. ________________ Early in his assignment, Rasim left a very professional positive image of his style of work; he built a solid systematic relationship with colleagues and customers. He surprised many with the speed by which he learned job requirements. Rasim is a person who under-commet and over-deliver... so for me he was a trustworthy credible colleague. Rasim took the initiative and creativity in different projects, and did recommend and implement different changes in work processes in a style that is much accepted and supported by colleuges and superiors. Rasim, did show solid and clear thinking style when faced with work challenges and timeline pressure, he was always focused on the task in hand rather than personal interests. He is ambitious person and seeks growth through over achieving in the job in hand Finally, Rasim is a talented person with the right attitude to work; he is a leader by nature, I do recommend him strongly to any company that is looking for STAR talents
