PROJECTS DONE: • A STUDY ON EMPLOYEES ABSENTEEISM IN ELITE MISSION HOSPITAL THRISSUR – KERALA, INDIA The project work made an attempt to find out the reasons for absenteeism in Elite Mission Hospital Thrissur. The study has reflected the respondent’s impression on the working conditions, remuneration, and job satisfaction, work load, satisfaction with the management and relationship with the colleagues and finally their satisfaction level regarding the present job. • A STUDY ON EFFECTIVENESS OF ADVERTISEMENT IN DESHABHIMANI DAILY NEWS PAPER, THRISSUR – KERALA, INDIA The project work, made an attempt to find out that whether advertisements of Deshabhimani daily is effective on customers. The study has reflected the respondent’s impression on the advertisement adopted by Deshabhimani daily. It has also tried to show customers views about the advertisement.
i finished my bachelors degree under bharathiar university in 2009. i was specialized in business management. i learned the management skills and the business communication from this course. it taught me all the basics of the business world.
