Responsible for setting-up Software AG ME, managing the current operation based on P&L plan. Achieved profitability last year.Started the company and developed the business plan for two years, grew into the region’s most recognized IT name, my role covered operational, sales, marketing and management work on the strategic direction of the company. In coordination with our Regional Director, designed the marketing strategy, the sales strategy, and evaluated geography. Define, negotiate and manage strategic relationships with clients and partners.
