-Daily basis monitoring of KPIs of both 2G and 3G network.
-Monitoring of assigned area KPIs and alarms of both 2G and 3G sites.
-Cluster Level maintenance and identification and escalation of hardware issues to BSS.

Worked as RF Engineer, Data analyzing, co-ordination and field optimization at south region experienced Huaweiequipment.
Responsiblities:
• Check and report KPI using Huawei PRS Client.
• Detailed RF site plan, including site surveys and nominal site selection.
• Responsibility of taking care of customer complaints regarding Network Coverage and vetting with sales department.
• Activities for Re-homing Sites
• 3G drive test of sites based on Coverage_RSCP, Quality_Ec/Io, and Pilot pollution using TEMS Investigation 15.3.2.
• Knowledge of Channelization codes, Scrambling Codes, HSDPA.
• Missing neighbors, Soft Handover using drive test data’s, optimize to improve Ec/Io (Reduce Pilot Pollution) by improving RSCP of dominant cells and reducing coverage (Interference) of less dominant sectors through antenna Tilt changes and power changes, thus rectify the overshooting sectors issues.
• Primary verification of drive data and taking necessary corrective measures, like Neighbor addition and deletion and interference analysis.
• Swap testing and Physical Optimization.
• Perform drive test in ideal, dedicated and scanning modeusing Eagle and TEMS Investigation.
• Area Drive test, Short call sequence, cluster drive test.
