Reesponsibilities:
• IT Support.
• Supervise and control Implementation of cashier procedures.
• Plan cashier's work schedule in assigned store to ensure that cashiers will be enough to serve customers
• Welcome and provide assistance to customers, respond to queries, receive complaints and provide suggestion forms, solve complaints within assigned authorities, report issues
• Receive returned products i.e. damage or higher price than competitors, coordinate with store sales on refund or replacement, initiate documents according to procedure
• Provide counter services to customers, sell car insurance, reconcile and report daily CS sales to Cashier, produce monthly summary
