-Monitor operation to ensure that staff members comply with administrative policies and procedures, safety rules, traffic and government regulations.
-Serve as contact person for all drivers and workers with in assigned territories.
-Plan, organize, and manage the work of staff.
-Direct investigation to verify and resolve the customer complaints.
