1 - Specify new objectives to develop the factory depending on competition variables and local - external market gap.that aiming to developing results of business through the accomplish and direct supervising on renew and develop existing products and adding new products to achieve marketing and sales supporting for products line which contribute to the targeting of new markets and new selling outlets like transportation companies. also depending on products development by increasing products quality specifications and activate products quality control and quality assurance systems, and supporting products with quality certificates from accredited and advanced centers to confirm to customers the reliability and high quality for products.
2 - Restructure of factory management sections through describing the targets, duties, limits of responsibilities and the work required for each employee. and evaluate employees according to proper achievement from required targets, also specifying steps of works sequence between managements sections.
3 - Determine the strategy of developing works performance in each management section and supervision of implementation by joint job with the management section team. starting with the study develop production section by developing production line that meets factory aspirations and objectives. and study to add a new production line to enable and meet the implementation of marketing plans in adding new products. and continuous supervision on the optimal sources of raw materials to reduce the costs.
4 - Define and manage marketing and sales strategies and contribute to implementation of annual deals and supply contracts with customers, products pricing and oversee customers balances and expanding business by direct export to Egypt, Sudan, Jordan, Iraq and Emirates.

Also the direct working to developing export markets especially Jordan, Kuwait, Sudan, Yemen, Egypt, Emirate.
