• All fabrication and erection activities in the site
• Carrying out all mechanical equipment installation activities for cement plant
• Scheduled, and plan the physical works and activities, and initiate materials ordering on time to keep the works in progress and avoid delay.
• Organize and supervise materials and labors
• Constantly looking for method and ways to improve at his level the site operation and to speed up the progress.
• Act as day-to-day manager of the construction site activities, and be the main source of technical advice and quality control for everyone working on site.
• Ensure that all materials used and work performed as per the specification
• Site inspection of erected materials
• Work planning and coordinate to supervisor as per the time schedule
• Preparation of daily report for erection
• Attends regular meetings with client and consultant to provide update on project progress
• Prepare reports as may be required
