•Work on periodical (Daily, Weekly, MTD, QTD and YTD) reports & analysis as required/requested by the Management teams as well as own and manage the regular reporting/audit practice.
•Translate data into meaningful analysis and insightful presentations, for Leadership teams
•Establish high levels of transparency, accuracy and diligence in all aspects of delivery.
•At CSS Corp worked for Global Projects like Alcatel, Juniper, Aruba (now Hewlett Packard), BMC, Keynote, DELL-SonicWALL, Palo Alto, TP-Link, Procera, and Extreme Networks.
•Responsible for creating various ageing and operational metrics reports and provide timely status reports for the above said Global projects, to ensure the periodical targets are met, and quality is maintained as per SLAs or Operational metrics.
•Mentoring juniors and responsible for taking escalations.
•Extracting data from various CRM tools like Siebel, Salesforce, NetSuite, Avaya CMS, Cognos and generating reports based on the extracted data into meaningful analysis and insightful presentations, for project teams.
•Case flow reports, Product wise, engineer wise reports and generating their KRA reports based on Engineer’s individual KPI.
• Interact with client & project leads to gather requirements.
•Ensure all deliverables meet client expectations in terms of scope and quality
•Generating reports and exporting data into MS Excel
•Have driven issues to resolution like worked with Cognos team to find solution for the audit trial report that required a lot of manual work to fetch the current status of every SR in preparing the weekly reports of Alcatel project.
•Worked with other teams to help them build integrated tool for all the reports across projects we generate in CSS.
•Extensive work experience in Salesforce to extract data with specific inputs, create & customize reports based on the project’s requirement, like Historical reports & Operational & Case flow reports
