Project Tracking (cost & schedule) using tools like Clarity, MS Project
Budgeting, forecasting, approval and allocation of resources, with monitoring and review for minimum variance towards the final deliverables. Inputs into annual Cost-center budgeting
Approve, oversee and review of change in application change implementation
Problem Management - Ensure Systems Availability and performance SLA, Ensure Root Cause Analysis and permanent fix of production issues
Provide direction and oversight to effectively manage transitions of new applications and enhancements
Ensure Disaster Recovery of Production systems
Identify and drive Technology Consumption save opportunities
Ensure resource/knowledge backup for all technology platforms
