Provide leadership for planning and scheduling, progress measurement, and reporting for the entire project, prepare master schedule of the project, identifies and analyses all project cost with a view of facilitating the completion of the project at mini-mum cost and within budget limits. Develop, implement and maintain planning, pro-cesses, procedure, systems and tools and monitor compliance, Monitors and analyses all the progress of the construction activities, identifies any variances between the planned and actual progress and advises project management of their impact on the overall program, analyze cost and schedule performance indicators, attend Engineering, Procurement, and Construction Meetings. Budgeting & Progress tracking, Review project schedule (primavera 6), S-Curves, manpower histograms and high-light the weaknesses of the project, review (EOT) Extension of time (Time impact analysis) (as per FIDIC / Contract requirements Root Cause Analysis, maintain risk register and highlight all potential risks with suitable mitigation solutions, establish project planning process and procedure as per PEP (Project Execution Plan) attend regular meetings, and provide statistical reports.

 Transmission main pipe line of diameter 1000 mm from steel pipes with total length about 217 km
 The water transmission system is capable of transferring 80, 000 cubic meters of potable desalinated water per day along a 217 km pipeline between the cities of Al Taif and Al Baha, where it will be connected to the local water network for distribution throughout the province of Al Baha
Responsibilities: -
Review the submitted programs from the contractors. Delay analysis for time exten-sion using primavera. Monitors and analyses all the progress of the construction ac-tivities, identifies any variances between the planned and actual progress and advis-es project management of their impact on the overall program. Review project schedule, S-Curves, manpower histograms and highlight the weaknesses of the project, determine resources required to complete schedule activities.

system, Chilled water System, Storm Drainage and Irrigation Water system) at Yanbu, Royal Commis-sion
 Design for the construction of Health Services-Dental Clinic (Hospital) Project in Al-Nakheel 2, Yanbu, Royal Commission.
 Design for the construction of Green Building including utilities and other structures at Yanbu, Royal Commission. The project was a joint-venture with Saudi Arabian Parsons Ltd.
 SWCC Project - Construction of water treatment plant (Desalination plant, cost 4.3 billion US dollar) of 550 000 m3/day including 380KV Substation at Yanbu including infrastructure, buildings, and footing for vessels for Saline Water Conversion Corporation (SWCC), Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
 CRISTAL HOP Project - Project Management Services: The work includes providing Project Management services for CRISTAL HOP (CRISTAL House Ownership Program) for overall management support to the Cristal in planning, implementing, managing and monitoring
all Project related activities
Responsibilities: -
Prepare the Bid set documents to ensure that it is as per the specified scope and Royal Commission Guidelines and Standards, superintending the preparation of Specifications, BOQ and Construction Cost Estimate, Prepare the master schedule, Review the submitted base-line schedule in compliance to project requirements, loading & updating of resources, Delay analysis for time extension, Risk analysis, budgeting and progress tracking, acting as a Consultant Representative of Royal Commission, attend the Value Engineering workshops, prepare response to Engineering Review Comments after each design submittal reviews.
