To manage over 12 Brand Ambassadors and Team Leads with sales targets to achieve.
Present and coordinate the promotional activities, and provide insightful reports on the business both MARYAJ and competitors.
Responsibilities:
Supervise a team of 12 Fragrance advisors, 2 Merchandiser across 3 major airports in the UAE.
Reach the yearly budget by continuously monitoring accounts performances, making strategies & action plans to maximize SELL OUT;
Planning & setting monthly Target & Incentive scheme for all the BAs;
Planning proper product mix in line with customer profile;
Co-ordinate with the respective Duty Free buyers for New listing/De-Listing or issues related to Promotions or Visual Merchandising;
Travels to each Duty Free to control brand level stock & assortments, to work on monthly orders as well as visibility.
Organize and perform training sessions in order to enhance knowledge of sales teams on the brand and on the products;
Monitoring slow sellers and suggesting ideas to reduce prices or set promotions as necessary;
Work on action plans to increase sell out;
Monitor stock level and ensure a constant no out of stock policy on active references;
Working closely with visual merchandising department to decide how merchandise should be displayed to maximise customer interest and sales;
Analyzing every aspect of bestsellers and ensuring that bestsellers reach their full potential;
Gathering information on customers’ reactions to products, or on Competitor’s activities;
Responsible for achieving monthly target,
Accountable for managing sales related activities on the floor day to day basis.
Responsible for handling stock in co-ordination with accounts department.
Generation of monthly sales reports of Sales & Collection.
Responsible for maintaining minimum and maximum level of stock according to seasons.
Merchandising displays in all terminals in Abu Dhabi International airport.
Responsible for handling staff duty schedule.
Provide training newly recruited staff.
Achieve monthly allocated sales targets.
Assist customers by giving alternative choices of merchandise if customer’s first choice is not available and suggest for additional purchase.
Efficiently assist with stock counts, pricing changes and display changes when required.
Assist the Sales Manager to conduct regular product knowledge and briefings/trainings for all team members and merchandising.
General duties and tasks as requested by the management.
