Plan, coordinate, schedule, and supervise a crew of technicians to ensure work complies with all electrical codes and standards
Monitor, direct and supervise the work of technicians in the installation and repair of Automotive Electrical systems ( GPS tracking devices).
Inspect and approve all devices installations to ensure they meet safety and performance standards
Read and interpret electrical drawings and schematics.
Create job schedules and coordinate various phases of installations and maintenances.
Train and mentor junior technicians, providing guidance and advice on electrical installation practices.
Provide status and progress reports to management. Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and associated work order information
Ensure proper care in the use and maintenance of equipment and supplies

Pre-opening: Working together Contractors, supervise, coordinate, monitor and schedule work activities of Electrical Installations and Maintenance.
Inspect and approve all electrical installations to ensure they meet safety and performance standards
Read and interpret electrical drawings and schematics. Snagging and Desnagging Electrical Installations, ELV, Fire Alarm and Gas Alarm Systems, HVAC, ETS, Boilers, Kitchens and Pumps Rooms.
Check Installation, Monitor, Test & Commissioning and Aprove (Handover) of Home Automation Equipments (Creston, Inncomm), modules Honeywell, to controls rooms automation: curtains, lights and HVAC. Check Installation, Monitor, Test & Commissioning, Approve (Handover) and Programming and Operation of Façade Lights Systems (Helvar) DALI drivers, BMS Systems (Metasys, J. Controls). Check and report required materials and equipments for the best performance and work progress without delays. Make reports to status, progress, work performed and materials used.
Start Up and Operation: Perform maintenance of Laundry, Kitchens, Plant Rooms, Swimming Pool, Meeting Rooms, Guests Room electrical systems (replace light bulbs and sockets, clean and repair circuit breaker panels etc.)
Assist in the setup of ventilation, refrigeration and other systems and conduct repairs when
necessary in the BMS System and manually
Maintain heating and plumbing systems to ensure functionality.

Corrective and preventive maintenance work on electrical installations and equipment (motors, conveyors, electrical panels, contactors, relays, sensors, ABB and Siemens VFD’s & PLC’s) in clay crushing equipment, Disintegrators, Optima Rolling Machines, Roller Mills, Mixers Double Axis of the company Vérdes Machines. I also perform installation, modification and expansion services for electrical installations and machines, pumps, ovens, packaging machines, air conditioning systems, among other services in the electrical and automation area.

Preventive and Corrective Maintenance in CRANES, all electrical and electronics equipments.
