• In-charge on reviewing and approval of main contractor’s submittals such as Material Submittals, Shop Drawings, Sub-Contractor’s Pre-qualification, Contractor’s Proposal for Material & Manufacturer’s Alternatives.
• Approval of Architectural Mock Ups.
• Responding to Contractor’s technical queries on architectural works, specifications and submittals.
• Conducting Manufacturer’s Plant ocular inspections.
• Member of Construction Technical Solution Team.
• Technical coordination with principal Architects, Designers and Engineers.
• Conducting Site Walk-through Inspections.
• Lead Q.C. Architectural Engineer at NDIA Main Terminal Building & Hotel Area.
• Lead Q.C. for Hotel Area & Concourses Handover Team.
• Lead Q.C. Architectural Engineer for Interior & Exterior Stone Cladding, Flooring & Paving.
• Architectural Q.C. Engineer for Doors & Hardware.
• QC Architectural Engineer for Architectural finishes such as glass, painting, wall, flooring, doors, tiling, woodwork, dimension stones for wall cladding & paving, etc.
• Liaise on site with subcontractors for the day-to-day implementation of Quality related activities of the project
• Responsible for ensuring that materials delivered are inspected and tested.
• Ensure work execution is performed according to current and approved quality plan / ITP/ Method of statement requirements and contract specification by
o Ensuring that pertinent records of inspection and testing are compiled available and maintained by the site engineers until project completion.
o Retention of quality records / document required as evidence to demonstrate compliance.
o Prepare and maintain weekly and monthly reports as per the contract specifications.
o Assist in compilation of quality records for monthly submission to QC Dossier.
o Maintain calibration records for inspection, Measuring & Test Equipment used in the project
o .Ensure that all materials and equipment incorporated into permanent construction complies with the contract requirements.
o Coordinate with the QC Manager regarding work performance and shall immediately bring to the attention of QA Manager by issuing a Field Observation Report (FIOR) in any area where discrepancies remain uncorrected, and shall obtain approval from the QA Manager to close out NCR upon satisfactory correction of noted deficiencies.
• Implementing and supervisions of Civil & Architectural Works.
• Inspection of construction works in progress to ensure compliance of materials and workmanship with design drawings and specifications and acceptable quality of architectural finishes.
• Monitoring of compliance with specified procedures and general good practice in relation to site safety.
• Monitoring the contractor’s progress of work and reporting of daily site activities to the Site Manager.
• Snagging and preparation of punch lists of items for corrective action following completion of construction.
• Coordinating with the Principal Architect, Engineers, Interior Designers and other Allied Professionals regarding to the actual implementations of approved designs and details, etc.
• Create and propose budget and time estimations and act as an intermediary between the client and the architect team.
• Direct supervisions & monitoring of Architectural works & Interior finishes of High / Medium Rise Commercial & Residential Project.
• Reviewing of approved drawings for implementations.
• Monitoring all Architectural works & Interior finishes of a Commercial & Residential Project.
• Reporting the construction progress to Project Manager.
• Involved in Technical Solution Team.
• Inspection of construction works in progress to ensure compliance of materials and workmanship with design drawings and specifications and acceptable quality of architectural finishes.

• Conducting the regular inspections, punch listings and reports on accomplishments, evaluations of target schedule and quality of workmanship on a particular assigned project.

• Coordinating with the principal Architect during construction.
