• Perform market research to measure success of various propositions (i.e. ad campaigns / new product launches / other initiatives /etc.) and analyzing the market, including competitors and consumers.
• Prepare contracts, purchase orders and other business correspondence for sales team as well as demonstrate and provide information and training on promoted products to the Alokozay Promoters.
• Organizing sales promotional events and exhibitions Ex Gulfood 2018, Gulfood 2019, Ramadan Evens in Hotels, Airport terminals, FIFA events in Hotels and monitoring, arranging the distribution of promotional materials during those events.
• Arrange BTL activities; coordinate with hypermarkets to arrange the on ground displays / advertising activities and maximize in store visibility of all products.
• Brainstorm & develop new promotional materials that enhance AGC products image and increase sales volume.
• Develop and implement local marketing calendar for Social Media and other marketing activities.
• Creating the Site Map for the website and coordinating with the agency regarding the creation of the new Alokozay website, Ecommerce site and Mobile application platform.
• Supporting and Coordinating with all senior vendors of Primo (Service Market, Souq Helpbit, Groupon, Entertainer, Mr Usta, Fix On Click, Help4u.today, HelperSquad, The Traveler) and constantly looking for more vendors to grow and market the business. Sending Mass E-Mails monthly to a database of over 700 prospects. Fielded telephone calls and resolved complex inquiries.
• Conduct market research and analysis to evaluate trends, brand awareness and competition venture.
• Developing in the development of yearly and quarterly marketing plans and calendar of activities for the respective portfolio of brands and companies. Provide Regular Feedback on efficiency, general observations and learnings of the marketing plans for brand portfolio
• Research and Implementation of the Operational Level Agreement (“OLA” or “Agreement”) to ensure that the proper elements and commitments are in place to provide consistent service support and delivery by the Service Provider(s).
• Assisting in the development of an SLA between the flydubai IT department and their Business department customers with respect to support of IT applications.
• Initiatives on ATL and BTL Levels.(Including yearly and quarterly marketing plans and calendar of activities.)
• Map and interpret competitors’ activities and campaigns. Generate related monitoring reports in terms of communications, pricing, marketing strategies including websites and social media.
• Participate in the conceptualization of all corporate events (Ex: INTERSEC 2017), ensure its effective implementations and analyze the success of each event for future reference. Manage all the development of external communication for brochures, websites, email campaigns etc.
• Processed all Debit/Credit Notes received by the organization and send it to the source of supply for further processing.
• Created and Implemented a Dashboard for easy access to data and to keep it well-structured and created a Purchase Order Tracker in Excel to keep track of the Purchase Orders.
• Managed customer database, product updates and upgrades of existing prospective and got involved in the client communication and technical capabilities of the company
• Worked as an intern on a project related to Database collation and segmentation for PAC and cleaning/creation of images for their new websites
