•People Management:
•Currently Managing a Team of 2 Sr. Managers with an overall Governance of 9 Project Managers in the group at MetLife GOSC.
•
PMO under the Global Sourcing - Spend Management vertical. KRA’s included Managing Non-IT Spend Categories, Data Analysis, Opportunity Identification, Solution Design, Due Diligence, Transition Planning, Toll Gate implementation and Supplier Analytics.
•Joined Aon as a Transition & Delivery Manager, thereby supporting the Overall Finance Integration strategy of deriving a benefit of 13 MN USD during the first year of the acquisition.
I was also associated with Accenture as a Global Process Owner in the area of Procure to Pay for a short duration i.e. Sept 10 to Apr 11.
•Worked with GENPACT as
FCE where this association provided me with further insight into the accounting arena getting valuable exposure to AP & GL activities, month-end accounting, Account reconciliations, Suspense & Out of balance accounting, JE postings etc.
I was subsequently engaged as an AP Administrator for the payment-run process for Colt technologies for a 7 month period
Accounting Services. It was here when I received ample exposure in handling requests of Loans, withdrawals, cancellation, 1035 exchanges & surrenders.
Subsequent Engagement as an executive for Aviva Life Insurance for a 9 month period, handling New Business processing, Existing Business for managing Premium Applications, policy refunds, cancellation, Endorsements & Banc assurance MIS.
Current Role - Director: Outsourcing
•Transformation & Outsourcing Solutions: Engaged with in-country businesses to provide due diligence & solutions support towards transformation opportunities in the area of Global Sourcing & Spend Management. Provide Solution design through opportunity identification from both a Shared Services perspective and third-party Vendor utilization thereby dealing with respective technology, process excellence, human resources and operational risk management groups. Handle Transition Planning to support work movement basis agreed Solution.
•Category Management: Working on Global Operations Non-IT Spend Category for the APAC and the North America Region where the KRA includes Assessment of spend for categories and periodic reporting via Qlickview reports. Independently Handling the target of 2 MN reduction in the Print and Postage category
