• Analyze incoming samples such as Polymeric resin samples like Alkyed, Acrylic, Thermoplastic, Epoxy, Styrenated, Saturated polyester, Unsaturated polyester, Reactive polyamide or polyamine to meet the required specifications .
• Assist the Technical / Laboratory manager in new product development, modification of existing product .
• Preparation of QA / QC monthly report
• Revalidation analysis of expired products and reports to Laboratory Manager for approval.
• Preparation of certificates of analysis (COA) and Material safety data sheet ( MSDS ) and Technical Data sheet (TDS).
• Documentation, updating and maintaining of lab records everyday.
• Implementing and maintaining the Companies Health, Safety And Environmental Policy .
• Testing of returned material and further reprocessing of the same.
• Produce technical reports to meet customer requirements.
• Prepare and maintain laboratory procedures .
• Prepare and maintain all calibration records and manages internal calibration of equipment's .
• Ensuring that the laboratory operates in accordance with the requirements of the documented Quality management System.
Quality control/Quality Assurance
•Testing of all raw material and finished product as per standard test procedure.
•Sop preparation & validation.
•Analytical Instruments handling : FTIR, Karl fisher, Brookfield Viscometer, Gardner, API Filter press Fluid loss
testing, Mud balance & Pressurized mud balance, Retort analysis, Lubricity Test (Ofite Ep-lubricity tester), HTHP
Fluid loss Testing, Flash point, Moisture testing.
Analytical instruments calibration : Karl fisher, Brookfield Viscometer, pH Meter, Ep-Lubricity tester, Flash point, 8-
Speed Viscometer.
•Chemical test : Acid value, Amine value, Hydroxyl value, NCO content, Salt content.
•Standard Solutions preparation as per required Normality.
•Water base mud & Oil base mud formulation & testing.
•Knowledge of Oil field products & Testing : Drilling Starch, Starch HT, PAC-LV & HV, Xantham Gum, Bentonite,
Corrosion inhibitor, Glycol (as per Cloud point), Defoamer, Lubricant, Oxygen scavenger, Emulsifier (primary &
secondary), Wetting agent.
•Maintain Laboratory as per SGS standard ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001.
•Research and Development

Literature review.
Product development and pilot batch scale up.
Quality control/Quality Assurance
