• Leading Digital Supply Chain - Planning practice, accountable of implementing supply chain solutions, develop in-house supply chain tools, provide diagnostic support to the clients globally.

Special Achievements:
Implemented SAP IBP Demand and S&OP at Almarai in Saudi Arabia (world’s 10th largest dairy and ME is one of the most prestigious company) successfully, which was SAP’s first IBP implementation in ME region for a major company.

Created a strategic partnership with Almarai which turned into another series of projects including the biggest supply chain process and system assessment exercise in the history of Bristlecone.

Implemented SAP IBP S&OP at Alfanar Electric, another flagship company in Saudi Arabia and established a strategic relationship to roll out IBP in other divisions as well in near future.

Helped SAP to establish the credentials of their new supply chain tool IBP (replacement of SAP APO) in the ME and nearby region by successfully implementing SAP IBP modules with full client satisfaction.

Bristlecone now became partner of choice of SAP AG for IBP implementations in the entire ME region and both companies are working on developing industry specific templates in SAP IBP, for example Dairy/ MRO etc.

• Managed global supply chain operations (team of almost 400+ resources) for Nestle (CS, MH, DSP, PROC & SAS) and maintained KPIs within acceptable SLA’s and KPI’s
• Spearheaded team to resolve severe escalations in SC area in Europe zone and regained confidence of client back in offshore team with high CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index) for last two quarters of 2017
• Worked with Nestle counterpart (Global Supply Chain Head - IT) to setup a development centre in Barcelona, Spain which would be 1st step for Tech Mahindra to take over new projects like TM & EWM solutions extended to new markets globally
• Supervised the Proof of Concept for IoT based Reverse Supply Chain Management System, improve the yield, provide real time visibility of movements in the entire supply chain for the coffee business of Nestle

• Reviewed proposed design and configured new processes wherever required like generating alert from check instructions instead of current design through macros, configure checking horizon-based availability check, CIF/ IM, Process chains and BOP.
• Created Integration test scripts for entire T mobile/ Metro business processes and executed along with distributed testing teams of the Client.

• Conducted extensive gap analysis sessions involving stakeholders from both, Air Liquide S.A. and Linde Ltd for the entire SD process areas like sale order processing for medical, industrial and specialty gas business, pricing, empty cylinder rental process, inter-plant transfer, inventory management, delivery and confirmation process, credit and debit notes adjustment, bulk distribution business, customer and material master data, invoicing process, Standing Order, interface with third party tools like Distriplanner, MES.
• Designed the couple of custom processes like utility to reduce the stock of old empty cylinder code, returning from customer location till it reaches to zero and a utility to generate inventory of empty cylinders at drop points. Re-engineered the current invoicing process to combine the goods invoice (delivery related) and rental invoices (order related) and change the layout of current invoice to accommodate rental details.
