•Ensure the implementation of the E-Commerce strategy by cascading it down to tactical operation activities.
• Drive sell thru and conversion by overseeing the maintenance and improvement of the website, ensuring all products are accurately represented, stylishly merchandised and smartly promoted.
•Work closely with sales, aftersales, digital team, and marketing operations, finance and admin.
•Work closely with marketing, content, creative and brand teams to get input on guidelines, best practices and trends.
•Oversee the digital commerce marketing plain in order to drive consumer traffic and conversion together with marketing function within the business.
•Ensue that online marketing strategies drive traffic to side, to increase sales and loyalty engagement including but not limited to direct marketing.
•Oversee all the digital commerce content in line with principal brand strategy.
•Oversee the events calendar, coordinating upload, product marketing, editorial and promotional content schedules.
•Ensure maximum product exposure across the website and all marketing channels, ensuring featured products and messaging match marketing direction and inventory
•Responsible for all up-selling, cross-selling and promotional sales tools
•Review category sales forecast & stock requirement for the online channel with ecommerce product merchandisers and input the brand merchant teams for the forecasting process.

Develop and build dynamic site plans that are connected to the Ecommerce sales plan to ensure the achievement of business goals.
•Manage all pricing, promos, landing pages, product launches, online categorization to drive ecommerce business and conversions.
•Accountable for the management of the online product catalog, including product set up and inventory availability.
•Responsible for product data and roadmap preparation and its maintenance in the various segments.
•Part of the process to develope the strategic plan for leveraging the Souq.com and Noon.com marketplaces to grow the business, focusing on sales trends, promotional opportunities.
•Part of Operations/Fulfillment Center and the Customer Service teams to ensure a high level of customer service is maintained, including the handling of product questions, order inquiries, complaints, shipping claims, etc.
•Keep abreast of website trends, consumer trends, competition, and eCommerce technology and dynamics.
•Taking care Payment Gateway process to monitor the daily payment transactions.
•Taking care of product deliveries to customer and to marketplaces - Souq.com, Noon.com and Letstango.com.
•Review weekly, monthly sales reports.

Responsible for maintaining daily sales report and to share with head office.
•Coordinating with LPD (local purchase department) for goods approval and to avail the LPO (Local Purchase order) for our sales team.
•Coordinate to gather stock reconciliation report from all store.
•Strategizing to liquidate the aging stock.
•Daily reporting for stock In-Out.
•Making invoices for higher number sales.
•Taking care for monthly stock adjustment for all stores.
