Planning, Monitoring & Controlling:-
Development of WBS, staffing hours & cost estimation correspondence to each WBS codes.
Preparation of PAP (Project Accounting Procedure), As Sold Statement, Activity Schedule, Man - hours summary, Issue of Change Order/ Notice
Preparation of Base plans and detailed target milestones in Milestone Plan for tracking and monitoring purpose.
Preparation of Progress Curves (Plan, Forecast & Actual) for various Phases, Disciplines & EV Analysis.
Preparation of variance analysis & highlight areas of concern in DPE (Designation Project Execution Review) to Management
Earned value and Gross Margin Analysis with help of GFS data.
Progress reporting with critical issues, shortfall analysis and constraints.
Involve in JPOD budget setup & loading and maintenance for Overall project’s progress reporting to Client.
Involve in development of overall Progress & Performance Curves, i.e. progress & manpower plans, progress & performance measurement & updating and maintaining the same.
Involve in Manpower analysis graphs, Progress S- Curves and updating the same.
Preparation of Management Reports & Projects Status Report (PSR) for Management review & reporting.
Costing, Budgeting & Forecasting:-
Preparation of Internal Cost Report / Contract Profit Report
Preparation & updation of Department Budget / interim Control Budget.
Monitoring Control Budget against each Commitment allocation

Financial Feasibility:-
Financial Modelling & Scenario Analysis for Financial Assessment of the projects. Tariff order study for various states. Developing and analysing the Cash flow model and calculation of NPV (Net Present Value) Project / Equity IRR and Sensitivity analysis developing various Financial Models such as IPP (Independent Power Producer), SPV (Special Purpose Vehicle) etc.
Change Management:-
PDN processing (Initiating/ Processing), Estimating PDN’s, Coding & Loading into JPOD Cost

BP Khazzan, OMAN:
The Khazzan gas project, which aims to extract around one billion cubic feet (bcf) per day of gas from deep under central Oman, is a showcase for BP's tight gas extraction technology within Block 61 in Oman.

Mwache Multi-purpose dam project funded by the World Bank. The Mwache Multi-Purpose Dam Development project is an integrated project involving water, irrigated agriculture, environment, and livestock and fisheries components.
