Responsible for carrying out complete civil works & architectural finishes for Corniche station, switch box and associated underpasses for Red line metro in Qatar.
Responsible for timely execution of works with required quality standards. Interface during handing over of completed station & ancillary structures to the end operator appointed by Qatar rail. Carrying out snag closure raised by QC and Qatar rail prior to handover. Attended meetings and site walk with client representatives.
Was in charge for Tunnel lining, Ventilation slab and all concrete works for Main & Escape tunnel, 29 nos. of Cross passages, Transformer Niche, Emergency Niche, and Vehicle Lay-by areas at Chenani - Nashri Tunnel Project from North Portal up to 4500 m towards South portal.
Execution of Concrete tunnel lining works was done using Euroform gantry shutter from North Portal in Main tunnel and Escape tunnel of Chenani - Nashri Highway tunnel project for 4500 m. (Current longest road tunnel in India), client - NHAI.
Carried out the construction of Control building at Nashri, Ventilation slab structure for 4.5 Km portion of tunnel and Transformer building for power supply.
Ensured installation of sub-soil drainage system with clean filter media & sump pits all along the final lining for draining rock mass water for both main & escape tunnel.
Was responsible for ensuring work was carried out timely and with approved quality standards.
Quantity calculation for various components of 4 laning of Jammu and Udhampur section of NH 1A (Km 15 to Km 67), involving 4 tunnels (2.897 km), 9 bridges, 10 viaducts, client being NHAI.
Civil works at T3 tunnel face.
Site measurement as per drawing / specification of contract and billing schedule.
Site verification of subcontractors’ works carried out and site measurement.
Preparation of monthly Subcontractor billing for PRW contractors engaged in the construction work.

Site Incharge for Underground twin surge shaft with a common pool at top and four underground pressure shaft excavations with reinforced concrete lining works of 90 m twin Surge shaft (16 m dia. each) additional charge of power house cavern concreting works from March 2012.
Executed excavation works of 16 m finished dia. Twin Surge Shaft of 89 m height each in poor Himalayan geology with specified protection works comprising of Shotcrete, rock bolts and steel ribs.
Carried out reinforcement concrete lining works of surge shaft and completed reinforcement and concreting of Orifice slab for Surge shaft within a month despite of severe hindrances due to monsoon.
Completed excavation works of 4 nos. 5.4 m finished dia. Pressure shaft of average length 165 m each and handed over site to HM contractor to carryout steel lining works on two fronts.
Initiated work proposals for contract works and getting approval from project authority so as to initiate the tendering process.
Invited quotations and scrutinizing the same for selection of best suited contractor / material supplier.
Handled contractual issues of M/s HCC and carry out site billing of civil works executed by M/s HCC and other petty contractors at Power House Complex.
Carried out material reconciliation for free issue material issued by client on monthly basis.
Represented Power House site during Audit visits and handling the same.
Maintained all technical documents and documents related to contract award, billing, reconciliation concerned with Lot IV work package.
